Suggestions on building a small greenhouse (more of a flower bed really) using two 3′X6′ glass patio doors?

I would like to use my old sliding glass patio doors and build a small flowerbed/greenhouse to grow veggies through the winter. I am in climate zone 6 so temps may get below freezing but not sub-zero. I will be tiring to use as much salvaged materials as possible. Thanks.
