I need to replace a Yale Ogron handle/pull/lock for a sliding glass patio door, approx 30 yr old; please help!

The pull is flush mounted with a rotating cam type lock. The thumb lever used to open the cam, inorder to slide the door, is broken and I’m missing a key. WR Hardare and Replacement Hardware in FL were of no help; any other sources would be appreciated.

      The whole door or screw simple type handle like on there and install latch type handle like on there and dunno.
