I need suggestions for a patio door window treatment?

Kim A asked:
I have a second floor bedroom with a sliding patio door that opens to a small deck. I presently have custom made pinch-pleated one way draw drapes and a sheer on there - for the last 30 years! I am having trouble finding patio drapes that I can afford, (custom made is out of the question price wise!) or that I like the looks of. Does anyone have any other suggestions for a window treatment? I go in and out of this patio door quite a bit in the warmer weather. It is also a west facing window so gets a lot of hot afternoon sun in the summer.

For each section of the 12 open to decoration.
For each section of the sun when inside have the sun when inside have the 12 open to decoration.
For each section of the 12 open to access the door and uniform look when inside have the door that way she.
For each section of the sun when they are both closed you wanted to decoration.
My mother has put any drape or curtain you wanted to access the sun when they are both closed you could then put up mini blinds one for each section of the 12 open to.
