		<description>I would like to know if the door is the only thing that needs to be replaced.  If it isn't the same brand a new door might not fit and the whole unit might need to be replaced... which will require a little more help and instruction.</description>

		<description>An exterior nailing flange on it may just have brick exterior sometimes there is no ext trim that you can unfasten from the wall if you have to removed before the unit simply falls out in its place simply falls out in by some sort of the entire frame holding it good luck.</description>
