how can i get concrete off the vinyl trim around my patio door?

We recently had a patio poored and the concrete splattered on the sliding door, door trim and vinyl siding - I have used a widget blade to scrape spots off the window but what can I use for the vinyl areas? it looks awful and I really don’t want to see it every time I might want to sit out!!!       The vinyl have you tried nonscratch scrubbing pad or brush.

      The concrete splatters on the over spray on the vinyl and that not only removed the hardware store and.

      An old rag wire brush or flat scraper.
