The price of sliding door typical vinyl slider is about 500 plus installation.

For the material that you go custom it depends on your size if you save lot less expensive than it will cost more the doors only standard sizes available if you want.

For the internal blinds so you dont ever have to dust them for only 550 at lowes not very expensive for only 550.
