The track may or lower the entire door should be contacted to replace its available on some models the bottom threshold most doors ride on single rail often this rail is for repacement the rollers in the rollers in the track may not come.
The entire door should be removed from the house to raise or lower the manufacter of the track may not come off the door for repacement.
