I have no problem with them actually smoking, but when they smoke outside, it drifts up through my patio and into my open window. THey keep their patio door shut to keep smoke from getting into their house, yet it all comes into mine. They are nice people, and I don’t want to start some sort of feud. How do I approach them about not smoking outside . . . I mean its outside?

And is there a difference in paints for a deck and paints for a patio? Or are they the same?
And yes, I’d like something that leaves the natural wood grain and color.
